If you do not have a horse, you can take lessons on-site with one of our horses.

• We will give you a complimentary self-evaluation questionnaire.  It is neither for criticism nor praise, but simply a tool to help customize your lessons to your experiences. 
   
• As part of your lessons, you are welcome to come out and observe other on-site lessons, horse refinement or just to watch horses interact naturally in the pasture.  No charge, but please call ahead! 
   
• Equipment is available for on-site horseless, ground-skill practice on a sign-out basis...no charge.
   
• As a beginner, you will have a lot of coordination skills to learn...the "pat your head & rub your tummy" challenge only with ropes, cue sticks & strings, using BOTH hands...and then later we'll throw in subtle cues, leg aids, rein aids, etc.   It's very normal to get tangled and to hit yourself...  You will triumph over it if you practice!  We promise!!
